Child Support Services Temporarily Relocated

Child Support Services, located at Human Services Annex 1 - 725 Highland Avenue, is currently without air conditioning due to HVAC replacement for the building. Their lobby has temporarily relocated to Room 117 at HS Annex 1. The 2nd floor lobby is closed to customers. Customers are encouraged to contact CSS by email at childsupport@forsyth.cc for a fast response. They can also call Customer Service at 1-800-992-9457 or access the eChild Support Portal at https://ncchildsupport.ncdhhs.gov/ecoa/#home to reach their caseworker.
